Analysis of university challenges, during hybridization, in the performance of accountants, from the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon
Abstract
The main aim of the research is to identify the university challenge, which has a greater impact, within the performance, in the hybrid mode of public accounting students, of an educational institution, for this, an instrument was applied considering the established by UNESCO (2021), with a total of 20 items on a Likert scale numbered from 1-5, where a sample of 1303 university students was obtained, where the Kindorse platform was used, likewise the analysis of the results was carried out using the SPSS V statistic. 21, where the correlation between the variables of the study was obtained as well as the linear regression model, thus highlighting those future accountants perceive that the administrative challenges are those that have a greater relationship with their performance at the time of being in class.
